Special Menus and Dietary Requests: All meals are prepared fresh onboard. Special menus may operate on special event dates. Due to the nature of cruising we have limited time to prepare and serve our menus. Most à la carte menus contain vegetarian and gluten free options however requests for special diets, substitutions and modifications of our public Dining Experiences menus will be politely declined. Families

All children 4-15 years automatically receive the Vivid Child Menu at discounted Child Fares

Please note the following variations

• Infants 0-3yrs may travel free of charge with no food/beverage provided OR purchase a Child Fare and receive the Child Menu. In the comments section please advise number of infants travelling
• Children under 16 years can receive the Adult Menu by booking an Adult Fare
• The new discounted Child Fare is only valid with a minimum of one (1) Adult per four (4) Children
• Children above this ratio are required to book an Adult Fare, and offered a choice of the Adult or Child Menu
• Should a customer book Child Fares in excess of the one (1) Adult per four (4) Children ratio, the additional children will be required to pay the difference between the Adult and Child Fare prior to boarding
• Any alcohol included is substituted for soft drinks for children under 18 years

Accessibility

• The 5pm Vivid Dinner Cruise and the Vivid Lights sightseeing cruises may operate on any suitable vessel from the Sydney Harbour Captain Cook Cruises, The Jackson and Starship Sydney fleet.
• Please note not all vessels are wheelchair accessible and the final vessel may not be confirmed until the day of departure.
• We therefore recommend customers in wheelchairs cruise aboard our flagship Sydney 2000, seating on the expansive Ocean Deck, with wheelchair accessible bathrooms and boarding (stair access only to upper decks).
• Available cruises during Vivid include 5pm Sunset Dinner, 7pm Vivid Dinner, 7pm Starlight Dinner, 7pm Gold Dinner and 7pm Gold Penfolds Dinner. Please contact Reservations for further details
  
• If you or your guests are in a wheelchair and/or not able to negotiate stairs, please contact our Reservations department who can guide you on the best options during Vivid
