Book a private room for 2 to 60 guests onboard super-cruiser Sydney 2000 and enjoy 360˚ water views, great dining and your own private balcony overlooking spectacular Sydney Harbour. How to Book

Groups of 1-9 guests

  1. Simply book and pay in-full online
  2. Or call our Reservation Team on +61 2 9206 1111 7-days a week between 9am and 5pm

Groups of 10 or more guests

  1. Book and pay 30% deposit online by selecting pay deposit at the check-out page
  2. The price will automatically discount to the group rate, on applicable cruises
  3. Balance due 7-days prior to cruise date
  4. Note Captain Cook Cruises at all times reserves the right to release seats not paid in full, if required. If we become full on your departure and/or cruise type, full payment will become due

How to Pay

Organiser Pays

  1. Organiser makes a booking online for the total amount of guests
  2. The price will automatically discount to the group rate with a minimum of 10 guests on applicable cruises
  3. 1-9 guests
    1. Payment in full at time of booking
  4. Minimum 10 guests
    1. Organiser pays a 30% deposit at time of booking
    2. Our Reservation team will send you a reminder for final payment
    3. Balance due 7 days prior to cruise date

Individuals Pay

Note the group rates is not available with this option unless individuals book a minimum of 10 guests at a time
  1. Organiser makes a booking online for themselves
  2. Under passenger contact 'First name' type a unique group name (eg Wilson-30th). Under 'Last name' type `Split-Group'
  3. Under comments add 'Organiser' and the organiser's name (eg Organiser David Jones)
  4. Organiser shares the booking name with their invitees
  5. Invitees book online using the same unique group name – passenger contact name 'Wilson-30th Split-Group'
  6. Invitees use their own email and phone number
  7. Under comments the invitee adds their names (eg Zac & Zoe Smith)
  8. At least 48-hours prior to cruise date, organiser contacts our reservation team to confirm final details
  9. Cruise Director will seat the group together
