Groups of 10+ Guests – Enjoy Group Rates

• Lock in your seats with just a 30% deposit online

• At checkout, select “Pay Deposit” – your group discount will be applied automatically (on eligible cruises)

• Final balance is due 7 days before your cruise

• We'll send you a handy reminder to finalise payment

Please Note: If your cruise nears capacity and full payment hasn't been made, we may contact you to confirm numbers. If your group holds limited seats, final payment may be required within 7 days of notification.

Group Paying Separately? No Problem

Even if your group is paying individually, we can still seat you together!

To access this option:

1. Organiser books a ticket online for themselves

   • In “First Name,” enter a group name (e.g. Wilson-30th)

   • In “Last Name,” write: Split-Group

   • Add a comment: Organiser: David Jones

2. Invitees book their own tickets online

   • Use the same group name format (e.g. Wilson-30th Split-Group)

   • Enter their own email and phone

   • In comments, include their full names (e.g. Zac & Zoe Smith)

3. At least 48 hours before the cruise, the organiser contacts our team to finalise details

4. Our Cruise Director will ensure your group is seated together

Captain Cook Cruises' guests receive special rates at selected parking stations when you pre-book your car park online with Wilson Parking.
