Arrival & Boarding Times for City Departures
- We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to cruise departure time
- Please ensure you are ready at your appropriate boarding flag at least 15 minutes prior
- Boarding will commence 10-30 minutes prior to departure

- All Vivid Dinner Cruises have pre-assigned seating
- All Vivid Lights Cruises are open seating
Groups
- If you are travelling in a group, please do not board the vessel until all your group has arrived
- Groups of 10 or more from the City – group organiser to please check-in at our ticket office at King St Wharf No.1

Accessibility & Bathrooms
- The 5pm Vivid Dinner Cruise, 7:30pm Vivid Dinner Cruise and the Vivid Lights sightseeing cruises may operate on any suitable vessel from the Sydney Harbour Captain Cook Cruises, The Jackson and Starship Sydney fleet.
- Please note not all vessels are wheelchair accessible and the final vessel may not be confirmed until the day of departure.
- We therefore recommend customers in wheelchairs cruise aboard our flagship Sydney 2000, seating on the expansive Ocean Deck, with wheelchair accessible bathrooms and boarding (stair access only to upper decks).
- Available cruises during Vivid include 5pm Sunset Dinner, 7pm Vivid Dinner, 7pm Starlight Dinner, 7pm Gold Dinner and 7pm Gold Penfolds Dinner. Please contact Reservations for further details
- If you or your guests are in a wheelchair and/or not able to negotiate stairs, please contact our Reservations department who can guide you on the best options during Vivid
- On arrival, please approach one of our team members at the wharf. Priority boarding will be available for you and ONE accompanying guest where possible .

All-weather
- Cruising Vivid Sydney is a great all-weather experience as we offer great viewing from both indoor and outdoor viewing decks. We also operate in sheltered waters making it safe and fun in all weather
- Should changes be required due to weather conditions, advice will be displayed on the website
