Expansive windows throughout our vessels offer superb viewing no matter where you are seated. For those who wish to guarantee window seating, surcharges apply. Please note surcharges apply to all guests on the same table/booking and minimum numbers apply to window seats.

Children

All children 4-15 years automatically receive the Child Menu at discounted Child Fares

Please note the following variations

• Infants 0-3yrs may travel free of charge with no food/beverage provided OR purchase a Child Fare and receive the Child Menu. In the comments section please advise number of infants travelling
• Children under 16 years can receive the Adult Menu by booking an Adult Fare
• Discounted Child Fare is only valid with a minimum of one (1) Adult per four (4) Children

Early disembarkation available at King St Wharf 1:30pm or Circular Quay 2:00pm

Groups of 1-9 guests

1. Simply book and pay in-full online
2. Or call our Reservation Team on +61 2 9206 1111 7-days a week between 9am and 5pm

Groups of 10 or more guests

1. Book and pay 30% deposit online by selecting pay deposit at the check-out page
2. The price will automatically discount to the group rate, on applicable cruises
3. Our Reservation team will send you a reminder for final payment
4. Balance due 7-days prior to cruise date

If we become full on your departure and/or cruise type, we will contact all bookings not paid in full to confirm numbers. If no seats become available for sale, the balance may become due 7-days from notification

If individuals are paying separately

1. Organiser makes a booking online for themselves
2. Under passenger contact 'First name' type a unique group name (eg Wilson-30th). Under 'Last name' type `Split-Group'
3. Under comments add 'Organiser' and the organiser's name (eg Organiser David Jones)
4. Organiser shares the booking name with their invitees
5. Invitees book online using the same unique group name – passenger contact name 'Wilson-30th Split-Group'
6. Invitees use their own email and phone number
7. Under comments the invitee adds their names (eg Zac & Zoe Smith)
8. At least 48-hours prior to cruise date, organiser contacts our reservation team to confirm final details
9. The Cruise Director will seat the group together

Captain Cook Cruises' guests receive special rates at selected parking stations when you pre-book your car park online with Wilson Parking.
