What Private Dining Rooms are available on Sydney 2000?

Our flagship super-cruiser, Sydney 2000, offers two elegant and exclusive private dining rooms:

  • Sirius Private Dining Room – Located directly beneath the bridge, this intimate space features its own private cocktail deck and access to the Sky Deck for elevated views and fresh-air moments.
  • Endeavour Private Dining Room – Situated at the bow of the vessel, this larger space includes an expansive outdoor cocktail deck with breath-taking Harbour views and access to the upper decks.

What are the guest capacities?

  • Sirius Room
    - Sightseeing / Cocktails: up to 40 guests
    - Seated Dining: up to 36 guests
  • Endeavour Room
    - Sightseeing / Cocktails: up to 90 guests
    - Seated Dining: up to 80 guests

What is the styling like?

These rooms are ideal for guests who want a stress-free, beautifully presented event without the need for additional styling. Each room is tastefully decorated with:

  • Classic timber finishes throughout

It's the perfect setting for elegant, understated celebrations.

What kind of menus are available?

Choose from a wide selection of cocktail and plated menus, designed by our onboard culinary team using quality Australian produce. Options include:

  • Multi-course plated meals
  • Cocktail-style canapés and grazing
  • Shared banquets and casual dining options
  • High Tea

We cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and allergy-specific needs.

Is this a fully private experience?

Yes. Both the Sirius and Endeavour rooms are completely private, with their own outdoor decks and separated from the vessel’s main dining and public areas.

What types of events are these rooms suited for?

These spaces are perfect for:

Where do cruises depart from?

All cruises depart from either:

  • Darling Harbour, King Street Wharf 1 or
  • Circular Quay, Wharf 6

Both are located just minutes from Wynyard and Circular Quay train stations, and there is convenient pay parking nearby at Wilson Parking facilities with special offers for our guests, making arrival easy whether guests are arriving by public transport or car.

How long are the cruises?

Cruises typically run between 2 to 4 hours, depending on your preferred format and package. Extended cruises may be available on selected cruises on request

Can I bring my own cake?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own celebration cake. Just let us know in advance so we can organise refrigeration and plating if required. A small cakeage fee may apply.

Can I bring a band or DJ?

  • Live music is already featured onboard during the evening on Weekends and regularly during Vivid Sydney and the Christmas Party season. The performance is played through the vessel’s sound system - including in your private dining room.
  • We also provide curated background music throughout the cruise.
  • Prefer your own playlist? Blu-tooth connection is available for you to play via your own device
  • Note: These intimate spaces are not suited for full bands or DJs. For larger entertainment, consider a full deck or vessel hire.

What are the beverage package options?

  • You can add a beverage package for your group with a minimum of 10 guests. Packages offer exceptional value and include free-flowing drinks for the duration of the cruise.
  • Please note any discounts that may be offered, do not apply to beverage packages

How much is required to secure my booking?

To confirm your booking, only a 30% deposit is required. The balance is due closer to the cruise date, allowing you to lock in your preferred space while planning the finer details.
