Allergens & Special Diet Requests
Passengers must notify the Company in writing of any dietary requirements, food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking or, in the case of private events, no later than the final confirmation of catering numbers. While the Company will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate notified dietary requirements and to communicate such requirements to relevant catering and onboard crew, passengers acknowledge that all food is prepared in galleys with limited space and shared facilities.
Due to the nature of food preparation and service onboard vessels, the Company cannot guarantee that meals will be free from traces of allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish and other potential allergens. Cross-contamination may occur despite reasonable precautions being taken.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company does not warrant that any food served onboard will be entirely free from allergens and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or illness arising from exposure to allergens or other dietary substances, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Passengers with severe allergies or medical conditions acknowledge that they travel and consume food at their own risk and are responsible for carrying any necessary medication.
