  • Each trip is for a single ferry in any direction from where the passenger boards to disembarks at any of the included stops.
  • Tickets commence from the time of first redemption until the expiry date, or once the maximum number of trips is reached.
  • Only one ticket can be redeemed from a pass every 20 minutes.
  • If more than one person is travelling on the same service, you will need a separate pass per person or you can purchase additional single trips onboard.
  • App logins, and passes, can be shared between family members if you choose.
  • Child age is 4-15 years.
  • Present your pass to the Deckhand at boarding who will scan the barcode and redeem a single trip from your pass.
  • If upon presentation, the pass is expired or has been redeemed within 20 minutes, an error message will be displayed, and the passenger will be required to purchase a ticket onboard.
  • Once tickets are expired, they cannot be extended for any reason.
  • In certain circumstances and at Captain Cook Cruises discretion, we may be able extend passes if we are contacted at least 7 days prior to expiry.
  • To reset your password, go to the My Account tab on your app and select “reset password”. A reset password link will then be sent to the email address you registered with.
  • Passes can be purchased by credit or debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay – fees apply.
  • Your credit card details can be stored safely. When you add your credit card details during the payment, select the "Save Credit Card Information".
