Donation Requests

Captain Cook Cruises supports registered charities on an individual application basis. We receive an overwhelming number of fundraising requests every month, and as much as we would like, we cannot support everyone. We are currently focussing our efforts on registered charities and regret we are unable to assist fundraising for schools, sporting clubs or individuals at this time.

Please note there is a limit of one sponsorship per Charity per calendar year. Your request may not be successful simply because others may have already contacted us to fundraise for the same charity.

All applications must be accompanied by a letter (on letterhead) from the charity authorizing you to fundraise on their behalf.

The application must be received by Captain Cook Cruises at least 30 days prior to the event

Due to the large number of applications we receive, donation applications are processed on a monthly basis. Responses may take up to 21 days.

Successful applications will be sent a cruise certificate to the charity’s registered address or email. We regret we are unable to send certificates to individual residential addresses or emails.
