Captains Dinner - Sample Menu

Entrée

  • Smoked ocean trout, fennel with black caviar and dill mayonnaise dressing
  • Fragrant Salad of shaved beef, noodles and herbs, lime drizzled with nam jim dressing 
  • Spinach and Ricotta Tondi, Napolitana salsa with grana padano
  • Insalata Mista, heirloom tomatoes, baby bocconcini and assorted marinated char grilled vegetables

Main Course

  • Grilled Salmon Fillet, green beans, asparagus, roasted cherry tomatoes, Spanish onions and almond flakes with lemon gremolata
  • Beef Tenderloin Fillet, smoked sweet potato, cavolo nero, baby beets and sauternes jus
  • Camembert and spinach stuffed Chicken Breast on herb potato rosti with seasonal vegetables
  • Slow cooked Veal Osso Bucco, with traditional sugo di pomodoro
  • Vegetarian Gratin infused tomato and pesto sauce

Desserts

  • Orange and Chocolate Flourless Cake with butterscotch sauce
  • Mississippi Mud Cake, berry coulis and fresh cream
  • Australian Pavlova served with fresh mixed fruit and passionfruit coulis
  • Manhattan Cheesecake set on crushed biscuit, topped with the finest mix of cream cheese
  • Slow Baked Lemon and Lime Tart, served with a dollop of thickened cream
