Speciality Menus

PUBLIC CRUISES - excluding Gold, Gold Penfolds & Platinum Penfolds Dinners, private charters and Asian specialty cruises

All Captain Cook Cruises menus have at least one vegetarian and gluten free menu option for seated & served menus. All meals are prepared onboard our vessels and our kitchen team have limited time to serve the menus. Requests made for special dietary (eg nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus on board  our cruises will therefore be politely declined. We cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients (halal, nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) will not be in our food, and we explicitly accept no liability in this regard. For serious food allergies you must make your own decisions on selecting meals. Our staff's comments are only to assist you in making an informed decision. 

GOLD, GOLD PENFOLDS, PLATINUM & ASIAN SPECIALTY CRUISES

PRIVATE CHARTERS

It is the client's responsibility to notify Captain Cook Cruises of any attendees who may suffer from food intolerances or allergies including but not limited to traces of nuts. Captain Cook Cruises cannot guarantee menu items unless notification of specific requirements are provided in writing PRIOR to your event. Please note we cannot guarantee there will no cross-contamination of allergens during service.

Canapés

  • Chef selection of petit canapés on arrival

Entrée

  • Smoked salmon with herb salad of dill, lime, Sicilian capers, and Cornichons (GF)
  • Spinach & ricotta light ravioli with salsa Napolitana & aged Italian Grana Padano (V)
  • Mélange of sweet potato & pumpkin with shredded kale & couscous, fragrant herb vinaigrette dressing with rosemary, oregano, thyme, dried cranberries & crashed walnuts (V)

Main

  • Barramundi fillet, gremolata rub, with a vegetable medley & lemon infused oil (GF available)
  • Australian tenderloin fillet served with mashed potatoes, baby beets and veal jus (GF available)
  • Chicken supréme filled with wilted rocket, spinach & pumpkin, seasoned with lemon myrtle & white pepper
  • Middle Eastern slow cooked eggplant with zucchini, roasted capsicum, polenta & marinated semi-dried tomatos (V-GF)

Dessert

  • Exotic stone – whipped coconut mousse with a tropical crémeux insert on an almond sablé with yellow glaze & passion fruit marshmallow
  • Chocolate caramel – light chocolate, cold set cheesecake & smooth caramel inner layer with dark chocolate mirror glacé & Belgium chocolate disc
  • Tiramisu Tower – Amaretto biscuits dipped in coffee, layered with soft cream and flavoured with cocoa
