The KPMG Australia Sail Grand Prix I Sydney returns to the iconic waters of Sydney Harbour each year. Watch the Australian SailGP Team battle it out against the sport’s best athletes from eight other nations.

The purpose-led global championship is the world’s most exciting racing on-water. SailGP features national teams battling in short, intense races at iconic stadium-style venues across the globe, building to the grand final – and sailing’s top prize of US$1 million. The high-tech, high-speed action features the sport’s best athletes racing in identical hydrofoiling F50 catamarans flying at speeds approaching 100 km/h.
Official SailGP Spectator Boats will get you into the heart of the action on Sydney Harbour inside the public exclusion zone. In Sydney, there will be six fleet races before the winner-takes-all Final determines the champion of the event. The event leaderboard totals all the points the teams have scored throughout the event. The three highest ranking teams at the end of the six fleet races qualify to compete for The Final.
