Service: The decoration and food was excellent. The service staff were lovely, helpful and courteous. Having a table number organised with a list at the door was very efficient.
The one thing we were not so impressed with was standing in line for over an hour in the heat. We were requested in the booking letter to arrive and hour early for boarding but boarding was late as your were not ready on time. This is too much to expect of elderly or disabled people. Next time we would arrive more to the time of sailing to avoid this.

Main course had a good spread but dessert had little choice. The venue was overcrowded. Harbour cruise was too short .

Well organised cruise celebrating Christmas Day- especially with the large number of people. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with our son in a wheelchair!

Service: My partner arrived for a short holiday to Australia and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the cruise once we were boarded.

Only point, was during the queuing, the day was extremely hot, so perhaps some cold water distributed to the waiting crowds would have been appreciated.
Product: So much food on offer and all very fresh.

The services was good, the food good but I’ve been on the Showboat Cruise years ago and was much better, the entertainment was to repetitious and the singers voice not pleasant penetrating, the girls on stage put in 100 per cent and costumes lovely, so overall I give it 65per cent, needs improvement.

Service: It was so well organised, everything ran like clockwork. All the staff gave outstanding service and were so friendly. We enjoyed the food and drinks. There were many different dishes to choose from, something for everyone! We liked being able to purchase our photos as a momento of our day. Service: we had booked on the Captain Cook Cruises for both Christmas Day Lunch and the start of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race before we were advised my husband had been diagnosed with cancer for the 2nd time in 2018 and the third time in 4 years. These cruises were 'just what the doctored order' if you pardon the pun and we were absolutely thrilled with the service and the food. We are hoping to be able to do so again this year, God willing.
Product: The food and service were amazing and the staff were fabulous on both this cruise and the Christmas Lunch cruise. can't wait to book again, hopefully, and God willing, at the end of this year

We went out on Captain Cook Cruises on Sydney Harbour Cruise on Christmas Day 2018. The crew, meal and overall experience was amazing and we have nothing but praise for the trip.

The whole experience of the Christmas lunch, the harbour cruise, the service, and, of course, the view, was exquisite. We had done the cruise before, but this time we were on the top floor, at the front. Calm day made for smooth travel. Service was friendly, quick, and yet on over-bearing. The fixed menu was fine and we enjoyed was we chose. The ability to go outside to the front of the ship was great too. All round, very enjoyable and memorable.

Service: As always, and I have been doing this cruise for at least four years, the service was excellent, the food was good and the toilets were kept clean. I recommended the food to another guest and they agreed with me. Some lof the staff recognised me from previous years which always makes one feel special

Service: It was a great experience but the fruit replacement GF option was a bit poor. I like fruit but it seemed like make do effort. Otherwise the food was good and the wine was good.
We will definitely do it again.
