Service: From the moment we boarded the Christmas Day lunch cruise it was clear that the crew and staff were very professional,helpful and friendly.
The service was terrific and the buffet lunch exceeded our expectations.
The wines being served were varied and of high quality.
It was a truly memorable experience and now we want to do again.

Service was great, we enjoyed the day. It would have been nice to have Turkey as a main course choice - a bit more Çhristmassy' than Steak or Fish that you can have any day of the week!

Service: Food & Beverages were excellent. The Sky Deck was a delight ... not too crowded and nicely presented.

Again, the boarding experience was poor. Cannot understand why people with premium seating on top deck can't board as a priority.

Initial serving of drinks was poor. We were seated and waited 10 minutes before anyone came up to us for orders.

Familiar faces, smiles all round, happy to see us again n join in the festivities.
Our usual wine was bought out; our window seat ready. Meal selection easy, deserts (did everyone get the extra), yum... The ladies were all so pleasant n attentive. Folks nearby joined in; yarns n piccies. Great time. AND you're on our beautiful harbour with those breathtaking views.

The service and friendliness of the staff was good.

Service: Boarding was frustrating and slow. One crew member assigned to direct hundreds of people. No visual or verbal instructions as we waited.
Two gangways but only one crowded.
Staff onboard were very courteous. Food was very good although prawns strange colour inside either black or orange.
Toilets lacked toilet paper. Dinner plates ran out.

Slow at times and food a little disappointing, but a really enjoyable day.

Service: We had to get our seafood at the same time as our main roast-ended up on the same plate as did not have the chance to go back up as they selected the next tables to go up and get their food. A menu on each table would have been helpful or at least naming everything what was on offer, as we di not see the one menu at the end of the buffet table.

Product: Dad and I tuck into the fresh seafood each year - it is our special treat for Christmas. No materialistic gifts need be shared, when this Christmas Day experience is something to look forward to each year.

Service: The food was nothing exceptional and it was disappointing that it seemed we had to have everything lumped together on the one plate eg prawns and oysters with ham, turkey and hot food.
The waiting staff were excellent , especially the drinks service.

Product: I have always enjoyed an excellent experience on the Captain Cook Christmas Luncheon Cruise. Food excellent and varied to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. I had the best view in the house - I paid a premium for a window seat and they didn't disappoint as I had one right at the front of the deck. I like the individual tables as opposed to other companies which put you on shared tables.
