Service: Just a great day. Highly recommended. The only complaint was the lack of properly controlled boarding procedures.

We have been on the Boxing Day Picnic cruise with Captain Cook for 20 + years and we have been a little disappointed the last couple of years because the vessel no longer follows the fleet out towards the heads; that used to be the highlight. We have been on the Bondi alternative which I thought was good fun. The staff are always wonderful on the picnic cruise. It would also be great if CC could employ the use of 'airport' line queuing as it is very annoying when people arrive at the last minute and expect to get on with all those who have waited for at least 1 hour.

Fantastic cruise and great commentary on the vessel, will highly recommend to friends/family. The only negative was the queues to get on, it should be roped to stop people turning up the last minute and pushing in. We arrived early, did the right thing to queue and were practically the last to get on the boat, this was not a great experience for myself and older parents. Other than that we will definitely do this again.

Service: The ship was comfortable and not over crowded.

The commentary was excellent and friendly

The Captain positioned the ship in a prime position for the beginning of the race.

The morning tea was generous (but the coffee was ordinary)
Product: It was easy to make the booking on line and details of what was included in the ticket price were quite clear.

Service: A fabulous way to spend Boxing Day is out on the harbour to watch the start of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. So many yachts racing this year and great to be up close as they sail by heading for Hobart. My third year in a row on the Captain Cook Boxing Picnic Cruise and definitely plan to do it all again on Boxing Day this year. Friendly and helpful crew and comfortable boat with lots of people enjoying the cruise but lots of room to move about and no overcrowding. Just perfect!
Product: Very good value for the price for a fabulous experience on Sydney Harbour.

Product: the morning tea pick up was very easy and water was provided for the entire trip.

We took our adult son daughter in-law and grandchildren. We all enjoyed the experience. The picnic lunch was suitable for us. We did not feel Overcrowded. There was plenty of room. The position of the vessel was great for seeing the boats.

Service: Great day out, and great boat. Good number of people for the size. Would not want anymore.
One request, would be to have a more orderly boarding procedure. Perhaps use ropes and poles to set up a line. People came early to line up and those at the last minute, just rolled up late and pushed in the front to get the best seats. Online booking and being able to pick seating would be even better.
Product: Loved the day and would do it again.

Service: We thought that the commentary from Auntie Judy was worth the price of the trip alone.
What impressed us most was the trip provided everything it promised in a very professional way, we would highly recommend Captain Cook Cruises.
Product: Brilliant in every way, no complaints whatsoever
