Service: Fantastic to be on the harbour amongst countless boats and ships. Would love to come on board next year to see it all again.

Product: Easy to use website, highly recommend Captain Cook cruises, we went on the Ferrython for the first time, it was excellent. We have been on the lunch cruise 6 times, a nice way for visitors to see the harbour and eat some seafood.

Wonderful boat tour yet again. Thank you very much. Very enjoyable morning.

Please consider your recycling however. So many glass and plastic bottles and cardboard not recycled! (Or do you take it from the main bins?). The bathrooms could do with some work too, the door hanging off wasn't a great look. Even so, they were clean and tidy.

Tour guide informative and humorous, with lovely personal touch coming up to the top deck etc. Generally lovely friendly staff. Delicious tea and cake. Great spare of the moment additions, like playing the Australian national anthem and the Judith durum and the seekers song at the end. Very atmospheric. Thanks again!

The Australia Day experience on the morning cruise was excellent and great value for money. The boat moved around sydney harbour in such a way that the passengers could experience close at hand all the events. I have been on many different harbour experiences on Australia Day and this experience with captain cook cruises ranks with the best

Service: The welcome staff were great, on board service staff were pleasant. The main hostess and cruise commentator was confident and playful but under informed about what we were going to see and when either making guesses or trying to trying to find the Australia Day schedule information on the go. The Ferrython was a bore (not your fault) but the hostedd didn't know what was going on or which ferry won. I felt we spent a good hour just floating around aimlessly. The ladies toilets had broken locks and door frames and were grimy. Can do beter.

Product: see former comments. no more to add

Service: The staff were fantastic from the time we arrived on the wharf until the time we got off the boat.. The ladies on the wharf were very accommodating and kept everyone orderly. One of the ladies was the host on the boat too & she was great. She went around talking to everyone while keeping us informed about what we were seeing.

Product: This was a great cruise to be on. We bought the tickets early December online. It was a very easy process.

Service: The value was excellent with the lovely cakes and free drinks. We were Also right at the front od things and part of it. It was one of the five reasons I came back to Australia coming from Holland after 21 years. You really delivered. One but, the boat was tattered and the female toilets literally fel apart. Luckily there were four and One intact. Thanks for s Great Experience

I think it is very very cheeky I paid 55 dollar and you took 55,83 from my creditcard. Alas!

Product: I just gave you what I thought of it.

There were two married couples in our 60's and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. We thought the course was excellent and the boat was great, having tables of 4 was far better than large tables and having access to the top deck when desired was also great. The Manna from Heaven cakes and cheese biscuits was excellent. However, as a suggestion maybe consider a jam lamington or mini pavlova as one of the cakes would add some Australia Day relevance. It was also good to stay out the extra 20 minutes to see the F18 and helicopter fly pasts. We also liked our tour director's (Leanne we think) commentary, just enough interesting facts and event information without being too much and allowing us some chat time.

In a word a perfect Australia Day out.
