27 Oct Breach alert! Our passengers and crew were delighted to witness a mother and calf breaching about and overall enjoying the warm, sunny weather. 
25 Oct Lovely weather conditions with a mother and calf and a single humpback sighted on todays outing. A few arched backs and blows observed.
23 Oct Another great day observing 7 humpbacks. 2 pod of 2 adults, and a pod of 3 - 2 adults & a calf approx 5nm outside the Heads, off Long Reef. We observed blows, arched back, tail up dive, chin slap and a peduncle throw.
22 Oct 8 humpbacks! Our first sighting today was a mother & calf just outside the harbour entrance. 1.5km out to sea, a pod of 3 adults & 1 juvenile, then another 2 juveniles on our return journey. Plenty to see today!
20 Oct Our first outing in almost a week certainly didn't dissapoint! Passengers on our morning cruise enjoyed a close encounter with a mother and calf swimming circles around the boat. Another highlight of the day was a pod of 30 dolphins, and a seal was also spotted basking in the sunshine. 
09 Oct A mother and calf pod off Manly Beach were the highlight for our whale watchers today. They were quite relaxed, just cruising along, however we did have some action off in  the distance with blows from another pod.  
02 Oct A whopping 15 humpbacks spotted today! One pod of 7 humpbacks spotted off South Head, included a very interactive calf, much to the delight of passengers and crew. The pod stuck with us all afternoon until we had to say goodbye and lots of activity from the pod including breaches, arched backs, blows, tail up dives, chin slaps and peduncle throws. 
01 Oct Whales spotted as soon as we left the harbour! We were greeted at the entrance to the heads by a pod of humpbacks then spotted a pod of 2 adults and a calf just off Bondi, where they put on a 20 minute non-stop show for us with breaches, arched backs, tail up dives, blows, pectoral slaps, chin slaps and peduncle throws!
28 Sep Light to moderate weather conditions on todays outing where we spotted 4 humpbacks, a total of 3 pods, with lots of blows and a couple of tail up dives. For the bird watchers, we spotted 4 Australasian Gannets.
27 Sep A magnificent afternoon with a pod of 2 calves and mum and another pod of 2 adult humpbacks sighted. The calves were very active, showing off with multiple breaches, and the mum was also quite active, multiple peduncle throws displayed, while supervising the playful twosome. 8 seals were also spotted just off Macquarie Lighthouse
26 Sep Great afternoon with 8 humpback sightings! First up, a quiet pair less than 1nm off North Head, followed by 2 pods of 2 off Bondi and North Sydney. The highlight of the day however was a mother & calf pod delighting all onboard (passengers & crew alike)!
25 Sep A fabulous Tuesday off shore. While other pods were swimming by, we decided to cruise along with 1 pod of 2 calves and mum, who provided plenty of action and awe with lots of breaches, blows, tail up dives, pectoral slaps and peduncle throws. 
22 Sep Lots of action on today's outing's, including multiple pods and breaches. A total of 3 whales, including a calf, on our morning trip and 9 whales, including 3 calfs, on our afternoon cruise. Among the action, we saw breaches, tail up dives, pectoral slaps, peduncle throws, arched backs and blows - exciting all on board! 
19 Sep First up, a single humpback 3nm off the Heads, then a pod of 3 - mother, calf and escort - 3nm off Ben Buckley. Blows and arched backs were the behaviours of the day, and for added excitement, a pod of common dolphins swam alongside our vessel.
18 Sep 5 humpacks up close, plus breaches, tail slaps and blows in the distance. First sighting of 2 adults just outside the Heads, followed by a single adult 5nm off Manly. Approx 1nm further out we observed a feeding calf and mum and remained with them for most of the cruise.
17 Sep 2 pods of humpbacks sighted as we made out way out of the heads today, then another 2 pods sighted as we headed further out to sea. The whales were a little shy today with blows and a few tail throws observed. 
15 Sep Great day had by all on the water this morning spotting 2 pods of humpbacks, 4 in total, and 8 dolphins. Lots of action with blows, arched backs, tail up dives, pectoral slaps and peduncle throws observed. 
11 Sep Breaches and blows aplenty! Approx 15nm out we found a juvenile with a few tail slaps, followed by a single adult performing lots of breaches. Splashing in the distance caught our attention and on further inspection confirmed a pod of 2 adults showing off with blows & breaches. 
10 Sep Another great day on the water with 5 humpbacks sighted on todays cruise. Our passengers were treated to a breaching whale up close, with another breaching whale in the distance. Conditions were fairly moderate today but with great visibility as we observed some arched backs, blows and tail up dives. 
09 Sep What better way to spend a Sunday morning than on a boat in the pacific, the sun shining and surrounded by 20-30 Humpback whales! Our passengers and crew were totally blown away with lots of muggings and breaches. At one point we had about 10-15 whales around the boat and another 10-15 whales within 300 metres! By far, the best day of the season.
05 Sep An exciting trip this afternoon - we were mugged! The fun began with a pod of 2 Humpbacks approx. 12.5nm off North Head mugging the bow of our vessel, and at least 20 common dolphins staying close for most of the cruise. There was a lot of camera action on deck!
04 Sep A pleasant day at sea today with light to moderate conditions and 2 adult humpbacks sighted on our cruise. Behaviours observed included blows, arched backs and tail up dives. 
01 Sep We experienced our first taste of Spring in the beautiful warm sunshine! Our lucky passengers onboard the morning cruise experienced a mugging by one of 2 whales sighted. A pod of 6 dolphins also made an appearance. 
31 Aug A great day for the bird watchers! We spotted 2 Australiasian Gannets, 2 Black Browed Albatross and 2 Yellownosed Albatross. We were also joined by a pod of 10 dolphins and 2 whales and observed blows, arched backs and pectoral slaps. 
26 Aug Our morning was fairly quiet, however we did have a rare sighting - the dorsal fin of a Pilot Whale was spotted 6 times! Pilot Whales are notorious for stranding themselves on beaches. We also spotted a humpback mother and calf feeding with a few pectoral slaps blows and peduncle throws. 
25 Aug 2 humpbacks and a pod of 12 dolphins spotted today in a moderate swell, light wind and good visibility. Behaviours observed include blows, arched backs and tail up dives. 
24 Aug Another amazing day of whale watching was had with 7 humpbacks sighted on todays cruise, plus a small pod of 8 common dolphins happily swam alongside us. The major highlight for today were,as always, the breaches! Our passengers and crew were treated to multiple breaches, arched backs, tail slaps, peduncle throws and the list goes on. 
23 Aug We spent most of the cruise with a pod of 2 humpbacks leisurely cruising south from just outside the heads up towards past Manly. Whilst they enjoyed a lazy, sunny afternoon, we were treated to a few arched backs, blows, tail up dives and peduncle throws. 
22 Aug A pod of 2 very active humpbacks sighted on todays cruise approximately 2nm off Bondi, showing off to the crowds with some playful breaches, blows, tail up dives, arched backs, peduncle throws and chin slaps.
18 Aug We were mugged today! Passengers and crew on our morning cruise were delighted when we were approached by some very curious juvenile humpbacks just off Dee Why wanting to get a closer look at us. The day only got better on our afternoon cruise, where we approached 2 breaching humpbacks 5nm off Sydney Heads. Other behaviours observed include blows, arched backs, tail up dives and pectoral slaps. 
17 Aug Perfect weather conditions today with light winds, a slight swell and good visibility. We spotted a pod of 3 humpbacks today off South Head. We followed them up to Bondi as they happily swam along the coast. Also sighted on today's cruise, 10 seals!
15 Aug 2 pods of 2 adult humpbacks, 12 dolphins and 13 seals - not a bad day out! We followed 2 adults from approx. 500m off Manly with long downtimes. Over the duration of the cruise although, we saw plenty of action from blows and tail up dives to tail slaps and a breach. 
14 Aug 2 pods spotted right off Manly this afternoon - the first an adult/juvenile pod, and second an adult pair. They were fairly quiet, however we were treated to one tail up dive, plus plenty of blows in the distance. At Macquarie Lighthouse at least 12 seals were sunning themselves
13 Aug A fantastic start to the week with breaching whales! Passengers were treated to lots of activity by two pods, including a mother and calf, and had the opportunity to view these majestic creatures up close as they happily swam close by the specator vessels. 
12 Aug Lots of action on both departures today - multiple breaches, arched backs, peduncle throws, pectoral slaps, tail up dives and blows! A total of 7 humpbacks spotted over our two departues, plus a colony of fur seals and a pod of 30 dolphins. The wind today was strong, however the swell was small and visibility great. 
11 Aug Two pods of humpbacks spotted up close on our morning cruise today just off Long Reef. Behaviours observed included blows, arched backs and tail up dives. Our passengers and crew on the afternoon cruise were in luck to find two breaching whales about 2.5nm off Diamon Bay. Conditions today were moderate wind, swell and fair visibility. 
10 Aug We spotted 2 humpbacks about 2km off Manly and observed a few tail up dives and blows. Conditions today were good to moderate. 
08 Aug Great conditions today with good visibility & a small swell. We observed 2 pods of 2 humpbacks and a colony of fur seals. Crew pointed out the first whale to excited passengers on the lookout for some action, and it came in the form of blows, arched back, peduncle throws and tail up dives! 
05 Aug The breaches are back! Our passengers this weekend have been quite lucky as this morning's passengers spotted 2 very active adult humpbacks 5km off long reef. Behaviours observed included breaches (and lots of them), chin slaps, pectoral slaps and peduncle throws. However, the highlight of today were the 2 Southern Right Whales spotted on the afternoon cruise!
04 Aug A bit more action over the weekend with 2 adult humpbacks sighted off Manly on the morning cruise. Activity was slightly quiet with just a few tail throws and blows observed. A juvenile with 2 adults were also spotted off South Head. The juvenile seemed to enjoy the sunny winters day with lots of action, including a couple of breaches and pectoral slaps. 11 Fur Seals were also spotted on today's cruise. The afternoon cruise saw 2 adult humpbacks and 1 juvenile breaching repeatedly! 
01 Aug After a quiet start to the afternoon in good conditions, we were rewarded with glimpses of a pod of dolphins and 2 humpbacks (adult & juvenile). Over the next few weeks we expect whale activity to increase again for the southbound migration.
30 Jul Mother and calf sighting and perfect weather conditions make for very happy passengers! The cute pairing were spotted swimming past the heads very close to the shore and another pod of 2 follwed close by - 6 humpbacks all together today. Behaviours observered were arched backs, tail up dives and blows. 
29 Jul 3 pods of humpbacks sighted on our morning cruise, and 1 pod of 2 humpbacks sighted on our afternoon cruise. Highlights included tail up dives, peduncle throws, arched backs and blows. A few albatross also spotted at sea - 5 black browed and 2 yellow nosed!
25 Jul Highlight today was a pod of 4 coming very close to our boat - they were checking us out for a change! First sighting was an adult & juvenile pod, followed by 2 adults, and then towards the end of the cruise, 3 southbound whales which is unusual for this early in the season. That's not all though - add 6 dolphins and a massive 13 NZ fur seals - what an amazing day.
24 Jul Double breach day! A huge day with 7 humpbacks sighted providing plenty of action - blows, arched back, dives and slaps. First up 2 adults & a yealing off Coogee, a pod of 2 off South Head, and another 2 adults 3km off Manly providing the show of the day - a double breach - exciting everyone onboard.
21 Jul 3 humpbacks and a seal observed this morning, and 2 pods of 2 humpacks in the afternoon. Lots of action with blows, arched back, tail up dives, pec slaps and the big one - a breach - pleasing all onboard (passengers & crew alike)!
20 Jul Two pods of single adult humpbacks observed this afternoon. The first calmly cruising 2-3nm off The Gap, followed by another constantly breaching approx 3-4mn off North Head - what an amazing show. 
18 Jul Amazing conditions & observing 7 humpbacks up close, plus more in the distance made for a great day. First sighting 1km off South Head when a mother & newborn calf approached us for a close and unique encounter, then as we prepared to leave, she surprised us with a massive breach! Next a pod of 2 large adults also travelling with a calf, and on our return journey another 2 humpbacks and a playful dolphin who kept us company for a while.
17 Jul A great outing this afternoon with sunshine, calm seas and multiple breaches. A pod of 3 adult humpbacks off Bondi gave us such a great show we followed them for most of the cruise - breaches, slaps, blows and tail up dives galore. Passengers delighted!
15 Jul A calf and double breach were the highlights today in great conditions - good visibility, light wind and a small swell. We saw the same cow, calf & escort pod on both cruises today - we followed them for most of the morning cruise, and spotted them again in the afternoon just outside the Heads. A single adolescent, and another pod of 2 adults approx. 4nm off Bondi with a double breach had all onboard watching in amazement, a very impressive sight! Plenty of action today including blows, arched back, tail up dive & pectoral slaps. 
12 Jul Great visibility and whale spotting conditions today. First pod of 2 adult females & a calf - passengers delighted watching a mother & calf humpback interact, and a second pod of 2 adult females. Also plenty of dolphins, albatross and seagulls.
10 Jul A full boat this afternoon with passengers observing 4 separate humpback pods -  a total of 3 adults & 3 calves. The first pod sighted off Maroubra, followed north. Plenty of blows and arched backs, plus we saw over 12 albatross patrolling the skies. 
08 Jul Two pods of 5 Humpbacks spotted on our morning cruise about 3nm off Bondi. Whales were swimming along side by side but with long down times. A bit more action on the afternoon cruise with some close encounters with over 30 Dolphins bow riding the vessel about 3nm off Manly and another 2 pods of 5 whales also spotted! 
07 Jul A fairly quiet day - we observed 2 pods of 4 humpbacks, in moderate conditions. These sleepy gentle giants were happy to just cruise through the water, showing off a few arched backs and blows along the way. 
04 Jul Another day, another breach! The breaching whales have stuck around for another day, much to the delight of our passengers, and showcased their breaching talents plus tail up dives, blows and pectoral slaps. 3 pods of 7 whales and a pod of 6 dolphins were sighted on todays cruise.
03 Jul Another magical day with passengers treated to breaching whales for the majority of the cruise - in all directions! Approximately 11 whales sighted on todays cruise 4nm off Manly, plus a large pod of dolphins swimming off the bow wave of the boat. Other behaviours observed include blows, arched backs, tail up dives, pectoral slaps, chin slaps and peduncle throws. 
01 Jul No swell and bright sunshine, no better place to be than Whale Watching off Sydney Harbour! Passengers were treated to multiple pods of whales today, 3 pods of 12 whales in the morning and 4 pods of 10 whales in the afternoon. The whales were quite relaxed today, however we were treated to a few tail up dives chin slaps and pectoral slaps. 
30 Jun Fantastic conditions today for a spot of Whale Watching - light wind and swells and good visibility. We spotted whales, 3 in total, breaching early in the cruise just outside the heads. Other behaviours observed include blows, arched backs, tail up dives, pectoral slaps, chin slaps and peduncle throws - very busy whales! 
29 Jun A fabulous afternoon - arched backs, pectoral slaps and tail up dives. Lots of activity from 4 busy whales (including 3 adolescents) for most of the cruise, right off South Head. A highlight from todays cruise included 3 dolphins riding the bow wave of the vessel
28 Jun 2 pods sighted today, a total of 5 humpbacks, with one whale breaching 3 times! Other highlights for today included tail up dives, pectoral slaps and some bird life - 10 Albatross spotted.
27 Jun A breach right next to the boat! Amazing! Great conditions out in the open water today despite rain inside the harbour. We were treated to 2 out-of-the-blue peduncle throws and one entire breach, thrilling all onboard. Later there were some splashes in the distance with the breaching settling on approach.
26 Jun We spotted a pod of 2 humpbacks early in the cruise, performing 'half' breaches, tail slaps and peduncle throws, and then continued on our journey and came upon another pod of 2 humpbacks just off Manly. Conditions today were good, light to moderate swell, wind and visibility.
25 Jun Good weather conditions today with light winds and a small to moderate swell. We followed a pod of 2 humpbacks 3nm off north head towards Manly and observed arched backs, tail up dives and blows. A special highlight of the day however, was a lone seal. The seal performed for hours! It came right up to the boat, diving under the bow and stern constantly, and sticking its head out of the water, keeping both passengers and crew mesmerised by it's playful nature. 
24 Jun Over 20 humpbacks sighted today! The day began well with our morning cruise passengers observing 3 pods - 3x adults, 1x adult + 1x calf, & a single adult showing off with a big breach. The afternoon was simply amazing - many pods between Maroubra and Manly with over 15 humpbacks. We saw plenty of blows and breaches thrilling passengers & crew alike.
23 Jun A great day cruising calm seas under the winter sunshine. This morning an excited passenger claimed the first humpack sighting today, followed by another 2 singles -1 adult and 1 juvenile. In the afternoon, another 3 whales (one pod of 2, and a single), displaying blows, arched back and a tail up dive.
22 Jun  We were joined early in our cruise by 4 very active humpback whales - playfully rolling over each other and breaching. Another pod of 2 whales were spotted on today's cruise and over 100 dolphins were also observed. A fabulous cruise from start to finish!
17 Jun Good visibility and lots of whale play make for a fabulous day - today we observed 13+ Humpacks! 3 pods up close, and spotted another few in the distance with highlights including breaches and a pod of 3 mugging us. Passengers were delighted with all the action - blows, arched back, peduncle throw, pectoral slaps, breaches and a mugging. WOW.
16 Jun What a day! Our first pod of 2 Humpbacks just outside the Heads, followed by a pod of 6 displaying a tail up dive and plenty of blows. On the afternoon cruise, another 2 Humpbacks 4-5nm off North Head, and plenty of birdlife today - 4x black-bowed Albatross, 4x Silver Gull, & 8x Australian Gannet.
15 Jun Good conditions for whale spotting today - a yearling right outside the Heads, then a pod of 3 adult Humpbacks off Narrabeen with lots of blows & slaps. To top it all off, we observed over 100 common dolphins - what a sight!
14 Jun 5 pods spotted throughout todays cruise, with two pods sighted up close approx 3nm outside the heads. Highlights of the trip included the fabulous, sunny weather and a mugging by a playful whale. 
13 Jun Possibly our best day of the season so far - Whales and Dolphins spotted in all directions! 15-20 Humpbacks spotted throughout the duration of our cruise, 5 pods as we headed south and a pod of 2 as we headed back north. Our passengers and crew were treated to some special encounters with the playful pod of two rolling around and floating upside down. A special shout out to the 100+ dolphins who joined us on our voyage. 
12 Jun A fabulous day with plenty of sightings. Highlight was a yearling breaching for 30 minutes - action in every direction! Overall, we spotted at least 10 humpbacks & 12 dolphins. Whale behaviours observed include blows, peduncle throw, arched back, tail up dive & lots of breaching. Just amazing!
10 Jun An overcast sky and some rain did not stop the whales from coming out to play! Excited passengers onboard spotted our first whales of the day, just 2nm off South Head. Our Captain then spotted another pod shortly after on our way towards Manly. As the whales migrated north, our passengers observed blows, arched backs, tail up dives and pectoral slaps. 
09 Jun Lots of action today, passengers and crew were treated to breaches, tail up dives, blows, pectoral slaps, chin slaps and peduncle throws from 1 pod of 2 and a competition pod of 4. 
08 Jun Great conditions for a day of Whale Watching today, despite the grey, cloudy sky. A couple of close encounters with 3 humpback whales just outside the heads, treating viewers to arched backs, tail up dives, blows and even a tail slap goodbye! 
07 Jun 3 pods sighted today - 12 humpbacks in total, including 2 yearlings - all within 1km of each other. Lots of arched backs, blows, breaches, pectoral slaps and tail up dives to the delight of everyone on board!
06 Jun Showers didn't keep the whales away today with a total of 5 humpbacks observed. Our first sighting was approx. 4 miles off the Heads, and none other than a breaching yearling. Wow! Soon after, 2 pods of 2 adults approx. 3 miles off the coast. Passengers also observed blows, a tail up dive and peduncle throw.
30 May Amazing show today! First a pod of 2 adults off Manly treated us to 3 breaches! Closeby South Head a second, slightly more active pod of 2 adults & 1 yearling impressed all onboard with a breach and pectoral slap
29 May Good visibility and a small swell this afternoon - from approx 4 miles off Manly we followed a relatively timid adult & yearling pod for nearly 2 hours, displaying a few blows. Our sightings were rounded out with some birdlife - 5 albatross! 
27 May Fantastic conditions for Whale Watching off Sydney Harbour today. 5 humpbacks spotted in the morning near Mona Vale & off North Head. And we experienced our first mugging of the season! We followed a mother and yearling in the afternoon approx 1 mile off Manly, who mugged us twice and delighted passengers and crew with a few breaches.  
26 May A great start to the weekend! Our passengers and crew were treated to one solo humpback whale breaching non stop and tail slapping just off South Head. In the afternoon, we followed a total of 5, very active whales approx 2 miles off Bondi, delighting all on board with breaches and tail slapping. 
24 May Approx. 5 miles off North Head this afternoon we spotted a mother and yearling displaying a couple of blows. We followed them south a little way before returning to Sydney Harbour. Quite a relaxed couple!
23 May Good visibility, light winds and plenty of wildlife make for a great day! We followed a pod of 4 adult humpbacks from 500m off Dover Heights, north towards Manly Beach, observed a pod of 6-10 dolphins, and brown-browed albatross.
22 May Breaching whales! A pod of 3 humpbacks spotted less than a mile of North Head, thrilling passengers with breaches, blows, arched back and a tail up dive. An impressive sight indeed!
21 May An adult and juvenile humpback pod sighted just off South Head in smooth waters. In addition, one seal, albatross and a pod of approx. 10 dolphins playing - overall a great day.
20 May Another lovely day with sunny and calm conditions for the second day of the season. Passengers spotted 2 juveniles 1km off Little Bay in the morning and 2 more juveniles spotted off South Head in the afternoon with 10 seals sunning themselves on the rocks along the coast. 
19 May The 2018 season has finally arrived and we couldn't have asked for a day with more perfect conditions. A warm and sunny Saturday saw 2 pods of humpback whales in the morning and 1 pod in the afternoon (7 whales in total, including 2 juveniles) come up to say hi and enjoy the beautiful weather just off the coast of Bondi. Behaviours observed included blows, peduncle throws and breaches!
