The following information is a guide only and is subject to change. - Accommodation for up to 44 passengers (Coral Princess II) or 50 passengers (Coral Princess) in twin/double staterooms & cabins. Deluxe Staterooms (1-2 pax) are spacious and are situated on the top deck, Upper Deck Staterooms (1-2 pax) located on the upper decks, Staterooms (1-3 pax - some staterooms have an extra divan or Pullman Berth suitable for a third person/child) and compact Cabins (1-2 pax) on the main and lower decks (twin/bunk). Private bathroom ensuites, international power outlets, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner & towels serviced daily.
- All levels of accommodation are air-conditioned
- Baggage is limited to what you can stow in your cabins, so you would be advised not to over pack. All bags must be clearly labelled with your name and cabin number. Bags have to be handled by crew and we would appreciate a weight limit of 20kg.
- On booking, please let us know if you wish to celebrate any special occasion during your cruise.
– Townsville departures board at 12.30pm for a 1.00pm departure. Cairns departures board at 10.30am for an 11.00am departure and at 4.00pm for a 5.00pm departure.
- All purchases onboard will be charged to your room account and will need to be settled prior to disembarking. Payment can be made with Cash, Credit Card or Australian Travellers cheque. Any shop or bar purchases made at the Dunk Island Resort must be settled with cash or credit card.
- Tea and coffee station is open 24 hours.
– Provided in your cruise cost are three meals per day as well as morning and afternoon teas. All meals provided onboard are buffet style. *The galley will meet any special dietary requirements, however two weeks notice must be given.
- Please leave your luggage outside your cabin prior to breakfast on the final day. It will be taken ashore by ship's crew. All Cabin Accounts must be settled prior to disembarkation.
- A free introductory scuba experience is offered for first time Divers. First and second dives for uncertified divers are at a cost of AUD$75.00 per dive, third and subsequent dives are at a cost of AUD$60.00 per dive. The cost of diving for Certified Divers who require all equipment is AUD$60.00 per dive and the cost of dives for Certified Divers who requiring weight belt & tank is AUD$50.00 per dive.
– You will need to ensure you have your swimwear, hat, sunscreen and smart cool casual clothing for the evening. A light jacket is handy for cooler nights at sea. You will not require any formal attire onboard.
- A selection of books is available for your reading pleasure in our comprehensive resource library. Kindly return the books when you have finished reading them.
- All bar and shop charges, scuba diving and ship to shore phone/fax calls. EMC is also payable onboard; this is a Government Environmental Management Charge.
- Passengers requiring special meals should advise the Company in writing at least two weeks prior to sailing and discuss with Cruise Director on boarding.
- Tipping is always a personal matter and depends on whether you have enjoyed the service you receive. As a general rule, tipping is not necessary.
– Pool towels are provided, in addition to you cabin towels.
- A warm tropical climate, generally drier from March to November. Daytime temperatures range from 26 to 30 degrees Celsius. The water temperature ranges from 21 to 23 degrees Celsius.
